Official communication of the winners: 01/09/09.
Each entrant may refer a blog. This process is fulfilled when a blogger warns of competition to another, and the blogger warned clear in the registration form has been referred from another blog. For each blog mentioned, the bidder 3 generates positive feedback that will be added once the polls are closed. A blog can refer too concerned, but will only benefit the blog that has given notice of the competition.
