General Information

• Place in the box at the Embassy and in a sealed envelope visa application. Hours Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
  
  You may also send your request by certified mail directly to the Immigration Section of the Embassy. Requests sent by this method often takes more days to be processed.

Processing time:

** Due to high volumes we face in the high season, from 01 April to 30 September each year, our processing time in most cases shall be thirty (30) calendar days. **

• Applications submitted through a travel agency, from 1 October to 31 March, will be delivered directly to the agency twenty days later.
• Applications submitted through a travel agency, from 1 April to 30 September, will be delivered directly to the agency thirty days later.
• Applications filed in the urn, from 01 October to 31 March: reply by return mail delivered twenty díasdespués of the envelope.
• Applications filed in the urn, from 1 April to 30 September: reply by return mail delivered thirty days after the envelope.

Note: The submission of false documents or concealment of information from relatives in Canada will result inadmissible to Canada for a period of two years from the date of the application.
